Refund Policy

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received seventy (72) hours prior to contracted start time to avoid any cancellation fee. If the customer cancels the reservation before 24 hours of the pickup time then cancellation fee of 20% of the total fare will be charged remaining amount will be transferred back to the card with in 3 to 4 business days. If the customer cancels the reservation within 24 hours of the pickup time then there will be no refund.
